Aaron Rectenwald, President of TRC, has been working in retail and restaurant construction alongside his father since he was a young boy. Through this experience he was instilled with the knowledge and core values that remain the heart of TRC more than 40+ years later. Aaron personally oversees every project and is the license holder for WV, VA, TN, FL, GA, AL, AR, LA, MS, NC, SC, OR, AZ, NV, CA, and WA, as well as being 30hr OSHA certified. Aaron has completed retail, restaurant, and hospitality projects over the past 20 years as a Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, and as an Owner. Through his leadership, TRC has successfully performed on some of the highest profile and difficult projects in this industry. In his free time Aaron enjoys spending time with his Wife, Two daughters and Son as well as golfing, hunting, off-shore fishing, and playing Pickleball.

Tom Rectenwald has been managing commercial construction for over 45 years, his goal has been to be known in the industry for customer service and quality work. He continues each day to use his experience to help younger Project Managers with their day-to-day challenges. Tom’s relationships are the most important parts of his legacy, his long-standing message to new and existing customers has always been “We don’t want to be your only General Contractor, we just want to be your best one".

Over the course of the past 18 years, Pat has been directly involved in the day-to-day construction management of hundreds of projects across the United States and Canada. Both specialty retail and quick serve restaurants, including flagship locations for many popular, well known international brands. He specializes in construction throughout NYC and divides his time between TRC’s NYC office and Corporate office.

Steve Koerper, Chief Financial Officer, has been with TRC for the last nine years. Before his time at TRC, he worked in public accounting for three years as an auditor and obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Steve is responsible for the financial management of the company. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing, and cheering on our Pittsburgh sports teams.

Director of Operations
Donnie Booker, Director of Operations, has been in the retail construction industry for 10 years. He started his journey with TRC as an APM, then progressed to estimator and head estimator before his current position. Donnie oversees all operational aspects of TRC. Donnie enjoys the day-to-day challenges that come from his position and is always making sure that the core values of TRC are being upheld. Outside of the company, Donnie enjoys golf, offshore fishing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
